We want you to feel confident shopping with Scents by Coral UK. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used items
  • Items with broken seals
  • Samples (unless faulty)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be processed for dispatch.
