Are the items new?

Most items listed on our website are brand new and sealed.

Where an item is not sealed or has any cosmetic packaging imperfections, this is always stated clearly on the product page.

What condition are your perfumes in?

We stock a mix of:

  • Brand new sealed items
  • Unsealed / opened items (where stated)
  • Occasional tester / retail display items (where stated)

If a box has any marks, dents or shelf wear, this will be noted in the listing and shown in photos.

Will the packaging always be perfect?

Not always — and this is reflected in our pricing.

Some items may have:

slight box wear

  • minor scuffs
  • stickers / label marks
  • small imperfections from storage or handling

The fragrance itself is unused if sealed, and the item is always listed exactly as it is.

Do you provide receipts / proof of purchase?

We do not provide receipts for every item.

Some stock comes from personal collection items, and some is sourced through legitimate resale channels. For this reason, proof of purchase is not always available.

What we do guarantee is that:

All products are sourced through legitimate resale channels and are checked before dispatch.

We are fully transparent about our stock, condition, and what you will receive, and we always provide clear photos of the exact item.

  • batch code photos
  • box and bottle details

How fast do you dispatch?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment being received.

How long does delivery take?

📦 Standard Delivery (£4.99): 3–5 working days

⚡ Express Delivery (£6.99): 1–3 working days

Which courier do you use?

We ship via Royal Mail and Evri (standard and express options).

Do you include free samples?

Yes 💗

Every order includes a free perfume sample, and some orders may include extra samples as a thank you.

Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

We pack every order with care using protective materials.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the item inside
    so we can help immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the UK and EU.
